Coffee Boon...


Just wanna share this article I read earlier... 

The New England Journal of Medicine recently reported that data on 402,260
 adults indicated coffee drinkers....

  lived somewhat longer than abstainers, 
with the risk of death dropping as the participants 
drank four or five cups. 

At six cup or more each day.....
there was a slight rise in death risk... 

But the chances of death remained
lower than among people who drank no coffee.

Note though,
 they considered a cup of coffee 
to be 8-10 ounces.
Gargantuan cups now often served would count as more than one cup and there can caused restlessness, irritability, sleeplessness 
and anxiety...
(minum banyak pun bahaya takut kena 
kencing manis pula..)

for me, a cup a day in the morning is enough ...
it gets me going threw the day....

Tepuk dada tanya selera...
badan sendiri, sendiri mau jaga....
