MEDIA STATEMENT released at 7.24am/8 Mar 2014 MH370 Incident

Sepang, 8 March 2014: Malaysia Airlines confirms that flight MH370 has lost contact with Subang Air Traffic Control at 2.40am, today (8 March 2014).

Flight MH370, operated on the B777-200 aircraft, departed Kuala Lumpur at 12.41am on 8 March 2014. MH370 was expected to land in Beijing at 6.30am the same day. 
The flight was carrying a total number of 227 passengers (including 2 infants), 12 crew members.

Malaysia Airlines is currently working with the authorities who have activated their Search and Rescue team to locate the aircraft. 

The airline will provide regular updates on the situation. 

Meanwhile, the public may contact +603 7884 1234 for further info.

Let's us all pray for the safety of all passengers & crew.

My Homemade herb oil

(my rosemary are the ones that i brought back from my vacation to Switzerland..
over there Rosemary are grown everywhere.. tepi2 jalan pun banyak sangat tumbuh liar..
 so apalagi petik2 lah jawabnya... mujur kastam lepas hehehehehe)

For making culinary oils 
choose herbs with wonderful flavors such as
 rosemary, thyme, basil, garlic, peppers, 
peppercorns, parsley, juniper berries, cloves, etc..

My version of Olive Oil With Rosemary

What could be better than creating a tasty marriage between
 olive oil + rosemary?

Olive oil is considered a healthy oil because it is full of monounsaturated fat, 
which can lower your risk of heart disease 
and reduce your bad cholesterol levels. 
The aroma of rosemary is spicy and warm, 
and its needle-like leaves add a zing to any dish.

From tomato sauce to dressings, 
from being lightly drizzled on roasted vegetables 
to a dip for hard crusted bread.

But the price tag of specialty olive oils 
such as herb infused olive oils are not cheap.

Did u know that...

Infusing olive oil with herbs 
is a simple process that almost anyone can do...
it's so easy..

Here is a way to make your own!

1 or 2 whole dried chilis

1 teaspoon whole black pepper corns

2 cups canola oil @ sunflower oil

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

A bunch of fresh Rosemary.

Cold oil :

Gather herbs. 
When using fresh herbs you'll need enough to fill your jar. 
You'll also want to let your herbs sit out in a single layer
 overnight to wilt. 
You must make sure the herbs are completely dry before 
starting your herbal oil. 
Any moisture will cause your oil to go bad and smelly . 
Though fresh herbs are best but dried will work also.

Tear or crush the herbs then lightly pack into a clean, 
sterilized glass jar like the picture above or any other saiz. 

For fresh herbs, 
fill the jar. 
For dried herbs, 
fill the jar about 1/3 full.

Pour your high quality virgin olive oil 
(or other natural plant oil such as sunflower oil etc) 
over the herbs.

Stir lightly to get rid of any air bubbles!

Cap jar and make sure you label it. 
Place jar in a small bowl in case of overflow. 
Should this happen stir your infusion again 
to get rid of air bubbles.

Store your jar in a cool, 
dark place (out of direct sunlight!) for two to six weeks. 
For kitchen use just taste your oil 
until the flavor is where you want it.

Hot oil :

In a bowl or sauce pan,

Add all together = ) everything..

place all of the herbs, zest, chili and peppercorns. 

Pour both oils into a saucepan and heat slowly. 
Pour the hot oils into the jar and cover with a kitchen towel. 
Let stand overnight.
 Place cloth over the top of the jar 
and replace the outer rim of the lid. 
Invert and strain oil into desired container.

MAKE SURE YOU DON'T GO ANY LONGER THAN SIX WEEKS OR YOUR OIL MAY odor or taste unpleasant!!

After six weeks strain out the herbs through cheese cloth, twice if you have to, then pour into a clean, sterile bottle or jar. 
Infused oils that your going to eat 
should be stored in the refrigerator.

We just love taking evening stroll

and surrounding areas 

that was WOOOWWW..

so beautiful especially during Sunset...

The color during sunset can look spectacular with our eyes, but proven surprisingly tricky to capture it using camera..

Just love to watch sunset and relaxing when there is an opportunity..

for me Sunset is the most beautiful scenery that i will never forget that moment....

even though sunsets play 

evil tricks on my camera...

resulting an image that's either too bright 

or too dark...

The SECRET of Sleeping Early...

لسلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته 

(Peace and Mercy and Blessing of Allah be upon you).

Please make it a point to sleep early ...

that's how Allah has made us.. 

Sleep at night n work during the day.. 

Today I learnt something new…. 

A natural cancer vaccine!!

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’alah 

wants the best for us and does not want us to have cancer or any other disease 

and as long as we read and implement the Qura’an 

we will never suffer in shaa Allah, 

Allah SWT says: 

(We have not sent down to you the Qur'an that you be distressed) 20:2

Allah SWT placed in each and every one of us a gland in our head called the Pineal gland,

 it is considered to be the biological clock of the human body 

and it is also connected to the sight nerve.
It is so small like a size of a pea.  
Every day after Isyak this glands start producing a substance
called Melatonin which runs in the blood streams and protects the body from cancer. 

This gland works only in the dark so if the eye is exposed to light the gland does not work because it thinks night has not come yet.
So if you stay up at night in the light you are depriving your body from this daily vaccine.
Allah SWT says:  
(We erased the sign of the night and made the sign of the day visible ) 17:12  

Unfortunately,
we nowadays made the sign of the night more visible
than the sign of day by staying up all night and sleeping all day.
Our parents and grandparents who used to sleep early in the night and wake up early in the morning
did not suffer from cancer or any of the diseases we hear about today.

A study was done on to types of chicken farms,
a natural breeding type where chickens sleep early at night
and wake up early in the morning
to feed and an artificial one where they wake the chickens at night for feeding.
The results were 30% of the artificial farming chickens were diagnosed with cancer
while the natural farming chickens were completely healthy and clear from any disease.

Allah SWT placed this daily vaccine in our bodies
to protect us so let’s put it to use by sleeping early.
The gland starts working from after Isyak until two hours before fajr!!!
 Subhana Allah as if it’s telling us two hours
before fajr is the last third of the night so wake up for Qeyaamulail.
Follow your guide and your manual (the Quran)

We always heard & read 

about MakYong

 but never had the chance to see it before this so 

Last Night My bigboss ak beloved hubby 

bought Two tickets for us to see this

Apa Itu MAKYONG ?

Teater 'Mak Yong Kesaktian Anak Raja Gondang'

adalah salah satu cerita dalam persembahan Mak Yong dimana ianya hasil dari gabungan gerak tari, nyanyian, muzik dan teks.

Tema yang mendasari cerita-cerita Mak Yong adalah merupakan mitos percintaan anak-anak raja dan dewa-dewa, kisah pengembaraan dan juga kehidupan di istana.


Cerita makyung mempunyai struktur yang tersendiri. 

Bentuknya adalah sama dalam semua cerita yang dimainkan. Setiap cerita bermula dengan upacara mengadap rebab

 di mana watak utama akan menyanyi solo dan diikuti oleh korus. Pelakon-pelakon akan membuat gerak seni jari, bahu dan badan sambil menyanyi. Akhimya mereka bangun secara perlahan dan berdiri tegak sebaik sahaja habis nyanyian solo. 

Mereka kemudian mengelilingi pentas dengan tarian perlahan dan salah seorang akan memulakan nyanyian solo. 

Nyanyian di sini adalah 'sedayong Makyung'.

Makyung Kesaktian Anak Raja Gondang 

mengisahkan pengembaraan 

Anak Raja Gondang yang akhirnya sampai ke

 Negeri Hampa Beranyut.

Sebelum pengembaraan, 

baginda telah berpesan kepada bondanya, 

Puteri Gak Petera tentang petanda selasih 

yang ditanam di dalam pasu tiang seri istana

 iaitu jika pohon selasih itu layu

 di sebelah kiri bermakna 

dia dalam kesusahan 

dan sekiranya segar maka dia dalam kesenangan.

Maka bermulalah 

pengembaraan Anak Raja Gondang 

di mana dia telah bertemu dengan 

tujuh orang puteri 

ketika mereka bersiram di Kolam Banjaran. 

Anak Raja Gondang tatkala bertemu telah jatuh hati dengan Puteri Bongsu yang telah pun bertunang.
